Minimum Square Footage - 1800 square foot minimum

Exteriors - 80% brick, stone, stucco or other masonry (such as Hardie Lap Siding) approved by the Architectural Review Committee 

Fencing - Shall be three-rail fencing for perimeter of lots.

Large Animals - Horses or show calves are permitted - 1 acre tracts - not more than 2

All plans must be submitted and approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
